We’re a small-batch kombucha company based in Lilburn, GA, brewing a lighter, honey-sweetened style of booch called Jun. Every bottle is handcrafted with premium green tea, raw local honey, and cold-pressed juices.

What Makes Jun Different

Brewed with green tea + raw local honey (instead of black tea + cane sugar)

Naturally crisp, floral, bubbly, and refreshing. All fruit juice is cold-pressed in-house.

Unfiltered & living with visible SCOBY strands (a natural sign of active cultures!)

Ferment:

Low and slow for balanced acidity, nuanced flavor, and a gentle fizz.

Flavor:

Cold-pressed juices made in-house with local ingredients.

Finish:

Unfiltered. Cold-kept. Naturally effervescent. Always crafted with care (and lots of love).

Transparency & TLC

Unfiltered:

Natural SCOBY strands may be visible at the bottom. This is totally safe and a sign of living gut-healthy bacteria!

Keep Cold:

Refrigerate for best taste and active cultures.

Sugar:

Fermentation naturally reduces sugars over time; see labels for details.
